This is going to be a 1080p/720p 60hz build with Wi-Fi that hopefully will end up lasting quite a while. Am probably going to upgrade both the CPU and GPU later on so just need something that works not too shabbily. 

 

Some prices there (Most notably the GPU and Wi-Fi Adapter) are modified. The Adapter i found for way cheaper so i used that price (Link) and the GPU i found is a used one (Link)
