Hey all! I am  new to computers, and I need opinions from experienced people or people who know what they are talking about. It has 299W and i m not sure what power supply to get.

Welcome to the forum!

 

Your parts list is above budget so I kind of just stuck to that, I recommend a few changes that make this better for the use case, while saving money on certain parts.

For the use case the R3 3100 is the better CPU, it clocks higher.

Good motherboard and saves a few £.

Much better ram kit in terms of £/GB, still 3200MHz CL16, and from a quality vendor.

Better value for storage, 120GB for OS is often not enough, 240GB gives some breathing room, and the 2TB drive linked is much better for £/GB.

Better RX 5500XT for just a tiny bit more.

Better value case.

Good PSU that will provide more than enough wattage even if you upgrade some parts. 

 

For the GPU I do recommend looking at your local classifieds, if you can get a good used deal locally it would be a wise purchase decision that could give you more performance for less money.
