Wierd Audio glitch

All non-HDMI audio sources have disappeared from my computer, and have remained that way after I updated my realtek driver. I also cannot access the manager from the control panel.  What could possibly be wrong?

Wrong driver perhaps, although unlikely with realtek, as it is a combo package. One weird thing is that the driver package first uninstalls the old driver then restarts your pc then you need to run the setup again, install the drivers and restart once more.

I just did the install process again, and that did nothing, unfortunately.  So now supposedly according to the computer I have no realtek hardware in my computer.

What does it say in windows device manager?

There is nothing related to Realtek in there.  Just HDMI and some NVidia broadcast stuff.  I have a Gigabyte B450M DS3H if that's helpful.

Check bios if the audio is deactivated for some reason.

Im going to go back to 2.81 first because I found a few gigabyte users that had problems with 2.82.  Ill post on how that goes then try the bios.

Drivers and bios didnt work.  I took out a wifi pcie card because it was restricting airflow on my card and must have shorted something.  I can either get a sound card or a new motherboard then unless anyone has a better idea.
