Taskmanager shows GPU usage 0% when in game

Hi, I upgraded my system two weeks ago (everything except the GPU and PSU). Since then Taskmanager is showing 0% (sometimes 1%) GPU usage while gaming. When I´m on the Desktop or watching Videos it shows that it is being used, the temperature Reading is also accurate. The GPU is definetly used in the game, since my CPU has no integrated graphics. Before I upgraded my system the usage shown in tasmanager was always working. I also changed to an NVME SSD and did a clean install of windows 10. My drivers are all up to date and I am running the latest BIOS.

It would be nice to get this working again beacause now I can just adjust the Game settings to what feels good. It was nice to get this additional indicator of how much my GPU is stressed.

My System:
CPU: Ryzen 5600x

GPU: GTX 1060 (6gb), from Palit

Ram: 16gb DDR4 3600

OS: Win10 Pro

Mainboard: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WIFI

PSU: 650Watt 80+ Bronze

TaskManager is bad to monitor GPU usage. If you want to monitor it properly, download MSI Afterburner or GPUz

In there it is shown correclty. It just would be nice to get Taskmanager working since there I got every component listed neatly and it gives me a rough Idea where my bottlenecks are

Nothing you will be able to do. Thats all on windows and they change/break stuff all the time. You will need to use them to monitor it properly, not task manager.

task manager is not a good way to monitor such things , download a dedicated application that is not  made by windows , task manager is very bugged

Is the performance being lowered, cause if so I’m in the same boat
