shut down when windows loading, then bootloop

it immediately shut off when the loading screen of windows 

Hello, i have troubleshooting for a month with this pc, 

It cannot load in to windows soo i thought SSD with Windows is bad soo i clear the disk and try to install fresh windows but when it start to load to install it restart and restart... Bootloop.. i dont know what it could be .. ? Is the mobo bad ?

Mobo: ga-h77-ds3h

Cpu: i7 3470

Ram: 2x4ghz 1600mhz kingston

Psu:550w

Once you installed windows, did you unplug your USB? Did you change your boot device in BIOS after installing windows?
