What do you need cuda for?

What kind of content are you working on? What for? Programs being used?

Where are you shopping/located? Currency being used? 4000 Monopoly dollars?

I do have 2 Asus 1440p monitors and speakers and a nice headset would be awesome.

Which displays? We could use some names.

What kind of videos? They can range anywhere from home videos / gameplay, frequent vlogs, 4K raw footage for short films, etc.

You mentioned 3D. 3D in what sense? Animation? Just working with certain 3D effects? Again..etc.

in regards to quadros i dont know anything about them sadly BUT you will need a gpu for the cuda to help it and for storage you could just get 2 or 3 more 4tb hard drives and throw them in raid

Gameplay which is kinda 3D,

It isn't... at all. So you're just making gameplay videos?

What about editing photos? How many layers are you generally working with? Are you just retouching photos?

Also, I asked earlier about what displays you had--model numbers are what I'm asking for.

actually looks at this it might help you

-snip-

Waste of money.. This wasn't meant to be a practical build in terms of getting your money's worth.

Retouching and effects to make them better, (ex red eye and lighting)   I dont know much about the monitors work gave them to me.

Yes you can get much better for the money or equivalently good parts for less. The word 'ultimate' is often signifies 'impractical/unreasonable'.
