My prebuilt PC came with an MSI Nvidia 1650 super graphics card, the problem is they ripped off the cooling system and put a small fan on top and that causes my gpu  to overheat so I ordered a new case, motherboard and power supply and I’m going to transfer my stuff over to the new case so that way it has better airflow but I was also wondering if there is any way I could buy the cooling system that was meant to come with the graphics card because I don’t have enough money to buy another one and if not is there any way I can prevent it from over heating?

If that prebuild is giving you high temperatures and throttling because the poor OEM quality of the GPU Cooler, you should be able to return it and ask for a refund or a properly working one.

PS: In Aliexpress you have things like this one. I dont know what model are you using tho.
