New GPU

Hello, im putting a new GPU and RAM memory in my PC, is it okay NOT to reinstall windows, like just plug new GPU and RAM and boot the computer and play, and if so, is there anything that i could check in BIOS or when windows boot, to see if it's working okay?

You should be fine, although theres always a chance that windows will deactivate.
