Overclocking

Hey, so when i play games my CPU and GPU are pretty close to 100 percent most of the time and I don't run at the best fps. I was wondering if I am still able to overlock my gpu even when the cpu and gpu are running above 95 percent most of the time???

Doesn't matter what your usage is, check the temps. The usage just meanings your using all of the GPU you can, if you OC, you increase the actual performance of that "100%"
