So I just built my pc about a week ago in order to play cyberpunk and valorant. But when I first started to play valorant my gpu would be at 60 to 90 percent usage and now its almost always at 100% and it is the same with cyberpunk I know cyberpunk is a demanding game but valorant is a esports game designed to run easily. Is my gpu running at 100% going to hurt my system? My gpu is EVGA 1660.

As long as it's not running at 100% 24/7, you're going to be fine. In the end it's temperatures that probably matter more, and if it's not going over around 85°C then you're good. What exact GPU do you have? If it's not something crazy like an RXT 3080, then it'd kind of normal for a GPU to see 100% usage in more intense games.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Oh yeah I'd expect that GPU to reach 100% playing something like Cyberpunk. Nothing to worry about.
