Ram issue?

I have a i5 4460 

rx 570

16gb 1600 mbps

 

I have a LED yellow light on my pc under the ram, I bought this pc and it worked fine but not for the games I played, the problem was with the gpu so I bought a new one(rx570) I think that the new problem is with the ram and I dont know what to do
