RGB controller software for different components (Part list listed)

So basically i'm looking for a software to control the RGB's in my system. But ASUS moved from Aura to Armoury and it does not let me control my rams individually nor can I control any other RGB device individually. Ended up downloading an older version of Aura and although it lets me set the parts to a specific color I can't access the frequency(Hz to make the mirage effect on the fans) or set different effect modes like static color on the fans and wave on the rams. Can anyone help? I will provide any necessary information that is not listed already.
