Low GPU usage in Far Cry 4

Hey! I have come across this problem, I get around 50-70% GPU usage in Far Cry 4 sometimes 97-99%.(graphics are maxed out) I still get well over 60 fps but i play on 144Hz monitor so i want to get the best performance so here are my pc specs

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 12-Thread 4.2 GHz Processor

Gamemax IceChill 240mm Liquid Cooler

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super Gaming OC 6G

2x8 Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3200MHz RAM

I think CPU is pretty good for the GPU since people are pairing it with RTX 2070s out there. If someone knows how to fix it tell me please.

I would assume that it just doesn't need to use it to get the high fps. Is your problem that you are only using 50% of your gpu and its not at 144hz?

Well I used to get like 70-100 fps but my GPU could do the better it was working around 50-75% to give me this fps. I finished the game so there is no need to for you too find solution for my problem thanks for your attention

I use the same card and a similar cpu (intel counterpart, no HT. PepeHands). Its pretty normal. High frames on that card just work it hard. It was funny to see 3200 fps on the loading screen though! haha. I had to load up the game to compare but yeah.
