Aduio problems

Help please i am experie nce really bad latency. i ran latecny mon and here are the results can anyone help 

also am getting crakoing a popping in hjeadphones

from some googling around it seams to be a common problem with Realtek drivers check that your drivers are up to date if not then update them manually cause windows update often installs older ones, if they are up to date remove the audio driver and reinstall it. Some people also mentioned bios update so you could check for that
