I saw a screenshot of a post in another forum saying that with some kind of linux emulator installed an s9 could fold and generate about 11k ppd. I dont have a copy of it as it was shown to me irl but i was wondering if anyone with the knowledge could figure out if this is actually possible. i have a couple 64bit android phones sitting in drawers at home (and an s9 i use as a network extender via wifi in and hotspotting it lol). i would very much prefer to be able to run them to death instead of them languishing in a drawer (especially since i can set up a charging station at work for my 3 phones running it and not pay for the power.) If anyone could shed some light on this i would be eternally grateful

AFAIK, nothing *official* anymore. You probably can get a Linux VM or container of some sort on your *rooted* Android device and run F@H on it. Don't see why it wouldn't work. Performance will be slightly less than what an official native app would give you, but better than nothing I guess.

I'm just glad they added official support for arm processors. Not like last time with that sony app that only tracked compute time lol. Thanks for the link though i appreciate it. Not exactly what i saw before. Im going to keep searching forums to see if i can find it

Looks pretty neat! I didn't expect that thread to be so new either. Since it's pretty new I might give it a try or something on my old Galaxy S5.

Im pretty sure they brought arm support because of all the low end laptops running arm and then the new imacs
