Windows not installing!

My friend built her computer and after putting in the usb with windows, IN THE MOTHERBOARD. It says loading files then goes to a screen with this error code 0xc0000225. Then after a few seconds it turns off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What hardware? What Windows? Windows haven't said "Loading files" for quite a while...

As said above, what are the specs and everything. Also, is he plugging into a USB 3.0 port or a 2.0? Windows can have some weirdness with USB 3.0 ports as the built in drivers can be quite buggy depending on windows version.

I would make a new USB install and try again. I've seen them become corrupted. Again, make sure you plug into a USB 2.0 port, the motherboard should have at least 2 of them
