Code Error 43

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). I have this and I have this triangular sign under my gpu. Im using a predator helios 300 laptop, how can I get this fix because I cant use my graphics card and whenever I try to update to drivers, I get BSOD and states What failed: nviddmkm.sys, Stop code:PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I'd start with a fresh install of windows to determine if the hardware has an issue or the operating system. 

If a fresh windows install brings the same issues, the Gpu is likely fubar.

Hey, I got my friend to help reinstall windows and Im still am unable to fix the issue regarding this code 43, its unlikely that my gpu is fubar because it is still being detected in my device manager no?

I've never been able to recover a card that reported errors to the OS. Just because it's detected and can put up a basic display, does not mean the card will accept and run the drivers. 

 

However it could be at the firmware level and flashing the card's bios might help, but I'm doubtful.

 

RMA the card if you can.

It happened with me as well. I was trying to install a GTX 970 to an Elitedesk system using 2 power supplies but the system shows me my 970 as incorrectly installed, code 43. We tried to install the BIOS and older version of Windows as well but it didn't help at all. Device manager is still showing the 970 as error 43. 

 

Any advise please?

I'm having the same issue with a brand new amd radeon rx 5700xt ..just built pc... I can ge all day but when I power down computer and start back up I get error 43...usually a restart solves it but after sleep or powering down I get the issue again
