CPU Temps high for %20 usage?

Hi, my CPU hits 70 degrees at %20 usage. Is that high?

the CPU might be too old to run terraria and just gets super hot because its old

as long as your getting good frames I wouldn't worry about it if the frames do get laggy it might be time for an upgrade

Game running at 60 FPS V-Sync perfectly. There's no lag or stutter.
