I know my pc can go way higher then this fps and sometimes it even drops lower then 165 fps!
While other people with worse pc's having way higher fps

Here is a screenshot of my gameplay in minecraft:

Here is also a picture of a guy with almost the same setup having waayyy higher fps then i do:

And then here is a picture of my gpu barely being used and my cpu is while im playing cyberpunk

Hopefully someone can help me

That's because you're alt tabbed out of the game so the GPU isn't rendering the game anymore.

It shouldn't be that low, check the temperature of your CPU when in game.

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything.

Recommendations: Lian Li 205m (sleek, pretty decent airflow for a non-mesh front panel and cheap), i5-10400f (Ryzen 5 3600 performance, 20% cheaper), Arctic P14 PWM fans, Logitech g305.

I can't see the Minecraft temperature, but it would be lower than that anyway. I'm not sure why you're getting low fps. Maybe your render distance or in a demanding area of the server?

By the way, 98% usage on your GPU when playing CP77. ;)

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything.

Haha, kind of like a "told you so", so it's good.

If you're not happy with the performance, installing Optifine usually boosts your fps by quite a margin, if that's still a thing. I haven't played Minecraft for years.

If you're playing at 1080p, there could be a CPU bottleneck. I doubt it because you have a 9700k which is very fast, but check your CPU clocks in games.

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything.

There's an option in MSI Afterburner's OSD that you can select. Also, if you put the settings up to high or ultra on COD then your GPU usage will be higher too.
