[Pc noobicus]

Hi there I’ve put my pc together as I am a first time pc builder. However when I turn my pc on it will turn off and on again and again and the fans will stop and start please help I have no idea what to do!

There are some basic troubleshooting steps that you can take when a new PC isn't booting up. Here's three easy ones to start off:

1. Check all cables and connectors, both from the power supply and from the case.
2. Reset the CMOS on your motherboard. There should be instructions in the manual, or there are plenty of guides online. 
3. Reseat key components (i.e. RAM, CPU, GPU, etc).

Also, would you mind sharing your system specs with us? It'll be useful if we can check your system compatibility one last time.

You see I don’t really k ow anything about it as my friend helped me pick out the parts it’s a brand new pc and it’s my first time building it and it won’t come up on my monitor sorry for the inconvenience I’m a big noob
