Boot override...

So I had an i5-8400 and am upgrading to an i9-10900k and a new mobo. I did the upgrade and all was great but it never boots to Windows unless I use the boot override. I know I selected the correct drive in the boot order because there is only one ssd and a hard drive so it says m.2. Why is it not working when I boot regularly?
