Aorus b450 not boot

Hi

I have a issue with my pc.Every time after i turn off  pc, can't boot the system again.On motherboard i getting red cpu control light and motherboard and memory rgb is off.Fans are working fine.

In that case,i need to switch power supply off,wait few seconds until led power light and rgb's spend all power in system and flick it on.Then system boots ok ,atleast till i turn off again.Anyone knows what can be a solution?

Specs are:

aorus b450 elite mb

ryzen 2600x

corsair ddr 4 3600 rgb

gtx 1070 8 gb

power suply 600w

everything is brand new.

my guess would be your RBG connections but that is an uninformed guess.
