Random BSODs after installing new GPU

hey so I've been receiving random blue screens with the code "kmode_exception_not_handled" ever since I installed my new RTX 3070. I had an RTX 2070 Super before so I tried using DDU but it does not help. I also tried updating windows although I did notice that it failed quite a lot so I'm not sure if that information is useful.

your best bet is to locate the dump file it created when it BSOD. that will give you a good indication what caused it.

i found the file but im not sure how to open it. what do I do with it?
