kernel fatal error on server

Trying to help a buddy out, His server has been crashing from time to time for afew months now, its a dell H4ZV243 running unRAID OS. error is: "kernel panic, not syncing" rebooting fixes this issue but only for alittle bit till next crash.
the investigating he have gone so far leads him suspect either overheating somewhere(which he says is unlikely as everything is set to notify if it goes over 60C), a ram issue, or bad usb drive. We are really busy at work so if anyone has the time for their 2 cents or is willing to help, please feel free to but in and ask questions.

i can see about getting the screen shot off him, and ill ask about the rest, see what he says.

DO you have dell support, esp if you have the prosupport, id start there.

again ill ask, sadly its not my server and the person that owns its is currently on site.
