Thank you for the information, i'll probably opt for a third party cooler and a B550 motherboard.

They don't have on their website neither of the coolers. Instead they have this one:
Noctua NH-U12S - 60€
It only have 1 fan and is smaller. Is it worth it or should I buy the others and install it myself?

That's a pretty decent cooler as well AFAIK. I would just run it with one fan and only get an extra one of you find the temperature too high.

Budget (including currency):

 1200€

Country:

 Portugal

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

 current gen games and programming.

Other details:

I'm going to buy ASAP. I already have the periferals needed and the monitor is 1080p with 75hz. I would like to have the option to expand to 2 monitors in the future.

The tech store that I asked gave me this list but I have a few questions.

Case ATX Phanteks Eclipse P300 black tempered glass - 60€

Power supply Kolink Enclave 700W 80+ Gold - 80€

Motherboard MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS - 180€

Team Group Kit 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Delta black - 90€

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core (3.7GHz-4.6GHz) - 314€

MSI GeForce® RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 3X OC 8G - 450€

SSD Team Group MP33 PRO 512GB M.2 NVMe - 75€

Total - 1240€

And these are my questions:

-What are the drawbacks of using a B550 or a B550M motherboard instead of the X570?

-The cooler that comes with the processor is enough? If not, in what cases will my processor thermal throttle?

-Is there anything that I can cut without losing performance or important features?

Thank you in advance for all the advice.

Not sure of how prices are locally for you but that motherboard seems a little high, with the current exchange rates and my costs locally I would have expected closer to 150-160 Euro

Drawbacks on B550, only 1 PCiE Gen 4 Nvme slot

Cooler will work but personally I would look at changing it before the summer as Portugal can get pretty warm

Personally I would aim for a mesh fronted case but thats just me

I would personally prefer to get a b550 motherboard and a decent aftermarket CPU cooler, something like a scythe mugen 5 or Gelid phantom (black).

I would also opt for a case with a mesh front, something like the Corsair 4000d.

thermal throttling might happen on about 1% of ryzen cpus with there stock cooler, all it will do is lower the clock speed and reduce the life span of the chip.

https://www.build-gaming-computers.com/b550-vs-x570.html should tell you most of the differences if you scroll down.

Thank you for the information, i'll probably opt for a third party cooler and a B550 motherboard.
