answer quick. I'm being trigger happy on amazon

I have a 3rd VE247h in my cart and I really want to buy it. I'm not too excited about getting it so quick though because the VG248QE is only another $90 or so. I really want my main monitor to be 144hz but I think it would cause issues when switching from extended to surround.

Is 144hz really that worth it? I've tried one briefly but I didn't notice a difference from my 60hz monitors although I didn't have mine to compare side by side. I already have 2 VE247H panels that I love a lot but I have a ton of extra horsepower for games that is being capped at 60fps.

Long story short should I spring for the extra refresh rate or just save my money since I am already used to 60hz and I would like to get into surround gaming?

Simple yes/no would be nice since I plan on ordering tonight...

Yes if you're planning to game on that single 144hz monitor only, and use the other two for things like your web browser and monitoring temps and other stuff only. Otherwise if you try to game in surround there's gonna be major issues.

You will definitely notice the difference if you tried them side by side. Cause once I switched to my 2420xt I couldn't go back to gaming on a typical 60 hz monitor.
