Program which closes ALL open processes? (Like AdwCleaner)

So theres this really nice thing ADWCleaner does. Once its done scanning, when it quarantines it closes all programs and i love how it does that. Makes my cpu usage go to under 1 percent and memory usage from 8gb idle to like 3 gig.

 

Also i have some programs which are messing with my fireface interface which i cant find out what it is and doing this makes them close and my RME800 run fine.

 

Is there any actual program which is designed for doing this? ADWcleaner is great and all but obviously i have to scan each time which takes time etc.
