Recovering a corrupted Minecraft world.

HELP!

 

I was playing in a modded MInecraft world when I crashed and the world is gone not gone like it is no longer in the saves directory but it is not in the world list in-game.

 

I think it was the open blocks mod since I pressed one of the big buttons and the game crashed I as also using the button in conjunction with ProjectRed wires and cells.

 

I'll try to provide you with any further information you may need.

my world folder didn't have the .old file mentioned I guess it got deleted when the game crashed.

one of the files needed in the recovery process wasn't there. Do you know any programs to help recover it?
