I've just now finished building my friend's PC build in P360A. The issue is the RGB on one of the fans. At first when I turned on the PC the RGB would light up for a second or two and afterwards it would shut off and wouldn't turn on no matter what. Tried both controlling it via the 3pin connector on the motherboard and via the integrated rgb controller while the 3 pin was plugged out and nothing worked. When I've unplugged the upper fan the lower fan and the integrated RGB strip suddenly lit up and even worked with AURA sync. When I unplugged the lower fan and plugged in the upper one the fan turned just red and the RGB cable I connected it to turned very hot in seconds. When I plugged in both fans the RGB turned off again. I have a suspicion that the fan is probably just broken.

Here's a video of the issue: https://youtu.be/AzlLz22qzPs.
