My friend recently gifted me Discord Nitro for a month. With Nitro, I've also got a free Xbox Game Pass code for 3 months total. Can you turn off recurring billing when you have the Xbox Game Pass for free?

Yes, you can. Log in to your Microsoft account, go to billing->subscriptions, and you can turn off automatic payments from there.
