No Post/ Debug cpu light

I just insItalled my first aio water cooler and everything was fine it did initially boot up and post but the next time I turned it on my pc did not post and the debug cpu light was on. I have tried everything on the no post forum already created as well as only using one stick of ram and changing their positions, I also checked to see if the pins on the cpu were bent and i haven't found one yet. I do not really know what to do at this point especially because everything turns on when i power it up you can even hear the water start in the aio. As of right now I have no test bench to test my motherboard and no other computer to test the actual cpu.

intel i5-8400 coffee lake 

MSI gtx 1650

b360m bazooka motherboard

thermaltake 650w power supply 

8gb corsair vengance 8gb xpg adata

250gb ssd, 1 tb hard drive 

its been 4 days i just want to play games again anyone PLEASE HELP, Thank you!

I assume that you've tried BIOS reset / clear CMOS?
