how to change GPU's fan speed??

No, i'm not that dumb. 

So, now i'm running a GTX 570 and Dual 280x's, 280x's for mining and GTX 570 for gaming, so I have them working and all three cards show up in MSI afterburner but I can't tweak anything for the nvidia card. Here's what msi afterburner looks like. So now I can't change the the fan speed and the card goes upto 85 degrees and at 60% fan speed. 3rd card is the 570.gax27olnks2if2dfg.jpg

Disable the "auto" setting for the Fan speed on MSI Afterburner, and the speed should be fully unlocked.

I'm not sure if you even read the topic.

On your screenshot, the "auto" option is enabled, thought that was for the nvidia card. My mistake. Are you running the 570 in your primary pci-e slot?

Nope, in the 3rd slot.

Nope, in the 3rd slot.

You could try running the 570 in the primary slot. That may make a difference, as Afterburner would target the Primary Slot only for single-card configurations.

No, the 280's wont work if I use nvidia in the primary slot.

cgminer should detect them regardless of what slot they are in. For a miner and gaming rig combo, normally the gaming/monitor card, is on the first slot, and the other miner cards occupy the other slots. I researched this a while ago, as I use a 780 and was thinking of mining with AMD in the same rig.
