Pair controller with PC

I have a Steelseries Nimbus Bluetooth controller which is designed to pair with apple TVs and iOS devices. When I pair it using bluetooth to my PC, it will pair as a bluetooth device but does not show up in any the the programs I have tried to use to get it to work. Any ideas?

You might need a emulator program I had to download one for my imac to use the old 360 controller

Yeah, thats what I figured I just have no clue what emulator program

I got mine from an emulator fourm I think
