Budget (including currency): 800-850 euro, preferably more towards the 800

Country: Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cities Skylines, Watch Dogs Legion (and the other two Watch Dogs games), Rainbow Six Siege, Sea of Thieves, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, Ark Survival Evolved and Rocket League

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Currently i have a 1080p 60hz monitor, I won't need peripherals although if anyone can give suggestions for a good 1440p 144hz monitor under 200 euro it would be appreciated.

I do plan to upgrade to 3 monitors down the line, with probably one 1440p 144hz and two 1080p 60hz. Currently I'm rocking an Intel NUC (i3-7100U with 4GB ram) so i really do need a new pc.

That would unfortunately be afbeelding.png.1c79bfb63d1610294f3de9c823c632c2.png, which is nowhere near 800-850 euro.

(reason it shows for so cheap is cuz the cpu and gpu dont have prices as they're not available)

This if you can wait for 3060 Ti stock to be stable. It is €30 over budget, but you can get a cheap case to put it in budget.
