No post issue

I just finished my new computer build, and it’s refusing to post.

 

I have a Ryzen 5800x and a 3080, X570 motherboard. 
 

When I boot it up, all the rib start up, and go into ideal but I get no display. I’m unsure if it’s a bios issue (I had to flash the bios since the board needed to be updated for the newer processor) or if the motherboard isn’t recognizing the graphics card (I’ve never done work on a system without an internal graphics card so I’m unsure if I missed a step. Please, any advice would be appreciated.

There are a few possibilities but we need the rest of your system specs to know if they’re even relevant.
