Fps Drops Carzy

When ever I move my mouse my fps drops from 150-300 to like 20 or even freezes for a sec or 2 this happens on Fortnite only, have never experienced in other games

I'm going to try and explain it to myself.

Your system is a Core i7-9700K, an Asus Z390-P, RTX 2070 Super, 32GB of RAM, and a Razer Mamba wireless on 1000 Hz.

Whenever you move your mouse in Fortnite, you drop from 150-200 FPS to ~20 FPS and/or the game freezes for a second or two, then it goes back up.

Sound right so far?

1. Why 32GB of RAM and what speed?

2. What resolution and refresh rate?
