First build, looking for some recommendations.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

- Primarily for work: software development, remoting to servers, photo editing and some video and audio.

- Some gaming: Star wars Squadron, Diablo, Eve, SWTOR

- I also run a D&D game on roll20 and we also use discord for comms

- WIN 10, Office 365, Visio, MS Code, MS Visual Studio, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator

I currently own a Alien Andromeda r5

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

It runs well but was bought in 2013. The blue ray player is dead and I upgraded the WIFI card so that it can work with 5g. I thought about swaping out the HHD with a SSD, I am more incline to build one. I am open to salvaging any parts to make a machine that fits my needs to help save cost.

I am looking to maximize WIFI 6 usage and own a nighthawk AX6000 RAX120: I was tired of the FiOS router.

I also need something that can handle MS Visual studio since it is a memory whore. I was thinking of a mix of 32GB ram and SSD.

I have never built a machine so please be gentle with this noob. =P
