pc not detecting mice

so i have a g502 hero and upgrading to a g502 lightspeed and my pc wont detect the lightspeed or any other mice than my deathadder ghub detects the light speed but windows wont
one more thing it wont pick up my corsair m55 or my ibuypower mouse my friend gave me but it will pick up and my microsoft surface will pick up all mice and work with them

Sounds like USB port problem. At least keyboard still works?

Are there any exclamation marks in device manager? Win + R, devmgmt.msc

Try updating drivers,  for USB root hub and universal host controller...

DriverHub is ok software for easier driver updating.

in comes up as unknown device device descripter request failed they all do

ive tried all of them and g hub detects it perfectly i am able to change dpi and rgb and it works on my surface

Maybe G hub software needs update...

You can try plugging in your mouse through a USB extender if you have one.
