Dual channel not working

Parts:

Motherboard: ASUS B450 f gaming 

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 af

GPU: GTX 980 TI

Memory: T-Force 32 GB (8GBx4) 

 

My B1 and B2 slots on my motherboard are not working. I have tried plugging in the ram to them and the motherboard just shows the amber or yellow led. All 4 stick light up. I have contacted ASUS customer support 5 days ago just to get 5 days of the generic "we are sorry to hear about the problem...we will send this to a technician who will contact you in 24-48 hours. " signed new agent then who I talked to the day before. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

If the memory sticks all work in slots A1 and A2, then the issue is either the board or the Cpu memory controller.  To test, you can try a different cpu, which would be the fastest easiest way to find out if it's the board or not.
