Retrieve Windows 10 key from Windows.old?

After OCing my gpu I received the Critical Process Died BSOD and reinstalled windows off a USB. Now that I solved the OC gpu Problem, is there some way to retrieve my Win10 key from windows.old, Or do I have to buy Windows again?

was windows purchased through your microsoft account? if so i believe that you would not have to buy windows again.

If you were logged into a Microsoft account on that PC before the BSOD, it should have preserved your key. Try logging in to your MS account on the new install.
