Memory Speed Issue

Hi,

 

My memory is reporting only 666.7 MHz in CPU-Z for some reason. I had XMP enabled before yesterday before I got BsoD'ed. My XMP settings were 3200 16-18-18-36.

My max memory controller for my processor is 2933. 

 

Every time I try and enable XMP now I get an error msg "Memory overclock Fail!". I've tried setting the frequency to 2933, 2800 with varying voltages but nothing works. 

 

I just wonder if the board is fried
