Possible graphics card issue?

Hello,
Today I've been having this issue where my google chrome looks like this the imagine I attached. A lot of things(at least on chrome) look like this right now... I don't know what could be causing the issue and if it's to do with my graphics card. I tried getting the new drivers and it didn't change anything(i don't know if this helps, but at the end of the download my screen was fully black and did not return to normal after 5 minutes, only became normal again after a reboot)... Is there any way I can check if this is just a chrome issue or my graphics card(any software or something like that?)

To me it seems like if it was a GPU issue it would be affecting everything and not just chrome. It's possible there's a weird interaction going on but I'd say it's highly unlikely. Easiest thing would be to just try uninstall/reinstalling chrome since that would take like 2 minutes to do.
