Hello, a couple months ago, my PC got stuck at vga light on POST (no hardware changes), a hard restart made it boot. Over the next few days, the amount of restarts needed to make the PC POST increased and one day it wouldnt POST at all no matter how many restarts. So I shifted the GPU to the second pcie slot and it worked. I used it in the second slot for a month but I had to RMA my PSU last month. After I got my replacement PSU, I put the GPU in the first slot again. It worked fine for a day, but the next day PC got stuck on vga light on POST again. Same process repeated with it stopping working over time so I shifted my GPU to second slot again.

I wanted to ask, why does it work at first and then die? If it is broken, shouldnt it never work?

Also my motherboard is b360-f strix so my second slot runs at x4 :(
