I am building a PC with the B450M DS3H with a ryzen 5 3500 and 4 fans. I hear people say that this motherboard only has enough pins for 1 fan. What should I do? Should I get some fan splitters?

You can always buy a fan hub, that works like an usb hub, a controller, that sits on the front panel and usually has a screen to show data, or a simple molex to 3-pin adapter, which you might already have from your power supply cables. Just beware that the latter will spin the fan at a steady speed, instead of adjusting to the temperature.
