3080 Lower Than Expected Performance

Hi all, I'm hoping to see if I can get some help with my 3080. Some games play fine, while other games I get much lower FPS than I would expect. For instance, ~80-90fps with lows in the 10s in Jedi: Fallen Order on 1440 max settings (no post processing filters), and ~110-120 fps in Warzone on 1440 low settings. I've noticed that neither my CPU nor my GPU are throttling, or hitting their utilization limit. CPU hits ~60% utilization in CPUID HWMonitor, temps in the mid to low 60s C. GPU hits 70% power and utilization, temps in mid to low 60s.

 

Other notes - My cards rated boost is 1800 MHz, yet it stays at around 2000. Also, I play with GSync on.

 

Things I've tried:

• Setting power limit to 100% in afterburner, and temp limit to 90C
• A clean driver install
• Turning off my CPU overlock (was at 43.5 modifier)
• Turning down my GPU clockspeed by 200 MHz to put it in line with my rated boost
• Making sure my power settings are at maximum performance
• Making sure two separate PCIE power cables are going into my card

 

Already posted on the Nvidia forums, only thing I got was it's maybe a driver issue and something that will be fixed in time. Obviously if there's another solution I'd love to hear it

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming OC

MB: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC ATX

Ram: Trident Z RGB 2 x 8GB 3600 CL16, 16-19-19-39

PSU: Corsair RMx 850W

Storage:

1. Intel 660p 1TB NVME SSD (Used as boot drive and some of my most used games (none of the games I have issues with are on this drive))
2. Samsung 860 QVO 1TB (The games I have issues with are on this drive)
