The motherboard doesn't detect all 4 sticks of memory

Hi guys, I have a X570 AORUS ELITE with the latest bios (F31o), a ryzen 9 5900X and 4 x 8GB crucial ballistix.

The problem is that the motherboard doesn't detect all 4 sticks of memory. if I connect all 4 sticks it eighter works only A1, A2 or B1, B2.I tried different configurations so i know that the RAMS are fine. Also if i connect only 3 stick it works fine and detect them all but if i add another one it only show 2. Also CPUz show them all and also the crucial software for controlling the RBG leds work fine and detect them all.

Contact Gigabyte's customer support and get a new board.

Are you sure that you are installing them in the correct place? Also is this a new build?
