Wrong RAM Settings & BIOs Config

Hi!

I've been running into issues with streaming Cyberpunk 2077, so I've been on a tear making sure that everything is updated in an attempt to fix the issue.
BIOs updates scare me, as I'm not the most technical of persons when it comes to PC hardware. I updated my BIOs successfully last night but I didn't realise that BIOs updates wipe the settings and I should have at least taken pictures of my settings.
I had to reconfigure my RAM to run at 3600Mhz - of which is it is rated to run at (DDR4). I shouldn't have attempted it whilst being exhausted because I accidentally set the RAM to 3200Mhz and 1.35v. I loaded into Windows 10 for a bit, before realising I had made an error. 1.35v is the voltage for it to run at 3600Mhz. My question is, could I have cooked it a little, as 1.35v is too much for just 3200Mhz, or is that still fine to run it at that?

Bearing in mind that my PC was just built by PC Specialist here in the UK - my second question is: do you think there would have been any other BIOs settings that a company would make, beyond RAM settings, that I would need to take a look at to revert? For example I have a Corsair h100i over the processor, I'm wondering if there's any settings they would adjust for such a thing in the BIOs, or if these things are pretty much just plug and play. Or maybe even the processor itself (it wasn't overclocked before).

My specs are:
Asus TUF x570-PLUS
Ryzen 5900x

RTX 3070

Corsair 32gb DDR4 3600Mhz RAM

2x Samsung EVO 860 SSDs 

Some Intel m.2 SSD for the OS

You cannot fry ram by running them at stock voltages at lower speeds. Thats not how it works. You are fine.

Definitely, in the end thats how its supposed to work.
