I'll start off with hardware so I'm running an i5-9400F (2.9ghz base), 2x 8gb corsair vegence, nvme ssd and a 3070 tuf.

Now for cooling I've got a 360mm rad in the front (with the stock case fans) and 3 additional case fans that came with the aio with 2 in the top for intake and 1 rear for exhaust, plus gpu and power supply fans doing their own thing. As for the case I have a cooler master masterbox MB520 with plenty of ventilations for air intake in the front and top of the case.

Main issue I have at the moment is the cooling seems to be so bad that even under light loads with side panels on the hardware temps are higher than I'd like and as soon as a game is launched and running for a while temps will jump and continue to get hotter which has started to cook my room after a couple hours of play (living in australia so it's only gonna get hotter from now till march and make everything worse). Usually when playing cyberpunk after an hour, with ultra and performance raytracing, the gpu can be sitting at 70oC and above as an average however not sure how accurate that reading is as the gpu back plate is almost too hot to touch at times.

Was hoping to get some advice on how to improve cooling even if it means replacing fans and or adding additional cooling hardware.
