Help...PC keeps restarting randomly.

Hello everyone, I need some help in the troubleshooting department, my pc keeps restarting by itself, at random and I’m about to pull all my hair out. 
 

I have: 

amd r5 3600x

stock cooler (for troubleshooting)

Mai b450 tomahawk max

970evo

msi 1070 8gb

16 gb gskill at 3600mhz

evga 430w ps

 

diagnostics so far:

flashed bios to stock config

flashed bios in the graphics card

new install of windows

disabled the automatic restarts

new thermal paste

new 700w ps

alternated between pci slots in the motherboard

used different ram

reseated the cpu

changed the boot drive

 

 

i think I’m missing some other stuff, but I did all that and no change, the pc boots in to windows, I put my password, I start browsing the web and it restarts in less than 30 sec,

even sitting in desktop without doing anything it does it by itself.

 

please help anyone that is more savvy than me, please and thank you.
