i've got this:
Motherboard: B450 TomaHawk MAX
Ram: 2x8GB Vengeance 3600MHz
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x

PSU: Aourus P850W

Video Card: RTX 3070 8GB asus rog strix
Ssd: Samsung 860 evo 500GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case: Corsair 275R Airflow
Monitor LG 27GL650 144Hz 1ms

When i play a game (it does this only with games like GTA V all maxed out and Cyberpunk all maxed out) it will crash after a minute of maybe an hour,

I tried launching games without the xmp profile and with no overclocking, but still had problems. cpu temps are never over 70C and gpu temps almost never over 60C.

I tried removing graphics drivers with DDU and reinstalling, and i still got problems.

Please help me i'm lost, i'm attaching the crash reports from Cyberpunk.

EDIT:

Added PSU to the list
